We are pleased to invite you to "The Second Romanian Workshop on Mobile Business", Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, 10-11 September 2010.

We are witnessing a fast technology convergence leading to the integration of mobile devices with the broad range of enterprise applications. Various business benefit from mobility, the technology enhancing location independent and contextual information presentation and usage. The new mobile technologies focuses more and more on content delivery rather than voice, having a big impact on the society, contributing to social networking, user profiling and personalized delivery. Theoretical models of mobile computing generalize the classical style of application development, all the big industry players contributing to this new trend. Tools for standardized data exchange and intelligent content delivery for mobile business are also of increasing importance.

This workshop represents a venue for bringing together the Romanian research community and their international peers in enterprise oriented applications in order to discuss and present their latest achievements in enhancing the applications with mobility. We emphasize research and future perspectives on the development and deployment of mobile applications and services.
