About MCCS, 8-9th of June 2018
THE CONFERENCE 
The 11th edition of the International Conference  Managerial Challenges of the Contemporary Society (MCCS) will bring together academics, business leaders, and professionals to share their innovative ideas, strategies and research results in management. The event aims to discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted by organisations.   
MCCS aims to provide a forum for the dissemination of academic research, teaching cases, and learning innovations. The conference will have three sections: one in English, one in German and one in Romanian. Nevertheless, each presentation may be held either in the section language or in English. The papers submitted should be in English. 
Conference Proceedings  
Every paper submitted to the MCCS 2018 conference will be blind peer reviewed by national and international reviewers. Accepted papers will be published in the MCCS journal. Accepted papers will be published in the journal Managerial Challenges of the Contemporary Society (volume with ISSN). The previous volumes of the journal have been indexed in international data bases (CEEOL, Proquest, Ebsco, Idex Copernicus, REPEC).
